As an Account Officer (Relationship Manager), you are expected to:
- Look for new accounts/relationships that can be established for the Bank
- Conduct client calls (office/plant visit) to know client's financial needs, obtain data on the company's operation, its financials and management
- Evaluate borrowings and analyze financials of clients
- Prepare Credit Offering Memo (COM)
- Present the Credit Offering Memo to Loans Committee
- Execute transactions and negotiate the best terms for the Bank (such as interest rates, exchange rates, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management,Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- With at least two (2) years Account Officer experience in Corporate or Commercial loans for SMEs or middle-market segment from other banks
- Strong credit experience is an advantage
- Has knowledge of banking products and industry, Marketing, Data Analysis, Financial Monitoring and Reporting, Research, Risk Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
