Job Roles and Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research in target markets or merchants, industry trends, bank and non-bank services and pricing and competitors intelligence.
Reach-out and understand prospect merchants issues and provide payment services solution to solve their pain points.- Build strong relationships and partnerships with banks, non-banks to achieve a competitive commercial deals and arrangement.
Assist in the preparation, management and tracking of sales and partnerships, agreements and documents.
- Has a strong ability in business presentation or discussion via online and face-to-face.
Work with Operations Team in the development of account plan or strategy.- Create basic process flow or customer journey flow to understand the requir`1ements of merchants and explain to Operations Team and Product Team.
Negotiate pricing arrangement with banks and merchants.
- Monitor project updates, roll-out, execution and monitor results.
Prepare and generate reports on a regular basis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to the management team.- Basic lead generation functions for merchants and customers.
A Bachelor Degree Holder in Marketing, Business Management, or any other related course.- Sales, partnership management and project management experience.
With at least one (1) year to (3) years of working experience in sales or business development.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong business sense, commitment to high standards and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Worked in a bank or payment company is an advantage.
Basic experience in contract review for operation related matters or provisions.
- Experience in powerpoint presentation and intermediate excel functions.
* Must be willing to work on-site and be assigned in Taguig City.
