Reporting to the Regulatory Operations Supervisor under the Regulatory Planning and Operations Division, the successful candidate is expected to achieve productivity and excellence related to the administration of the
Regulatory Reset Process; Rules Change Administration and Safety and Quality Compliance.- Provides assessments on NGCP's Applications for the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Projects to be filed before the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC);
2. Computes the annual Net Performance Incentive including the preparation of the report on the Performance of the Transmission Grid per Regulatory Year, for submission to the ERC;
3. Provides assessments on Transmission Customers assets that should be reclassified into Transmission Assets and facilitates the necessary Application to the ERC for the acquisition of said assets;
4. Provides regulatory assessments on Dedicated Point-to-Point Limited Transmission Facilities Application of generation companies filed before the ERC to connect its generating facilities to the grid and facilitates the necessary documents in preparation for the Petition for Intervention, if necessary;
5. Prepares necessary guideline/s on the implementation of ERC's issuances;
6. Prepares NGCP's compliance the ERC Orders, Resolutions, Directives, and other ERC-promulgated issuances and if needed, coordinates closely with other functional groups to fully comply with the ERC's requirements; and
7. Provides information to the Management on any updates regarding the implementation of regulatory rules and issuances.
- Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, BS Economics, Business Administration and with PRC License, if applicable- 2 years relevant experience
Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in written and oral communications, fast learner

- Working knowledge of the regulatory environment in the Power Sector
