DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible in coordinating and processing of Initial, Renewal and Amendment registration of
- Communicates with the principal supplies to request for Technical & Legal document needed for product registration (CED, ISO, Free Sale Certificate, etc.)
- Application & processing of Clearance for Custom Release (CFCR) for radiation emitting devices
- Application & processing of Permit to Construct (PTR) in DOH when necessary
- Responsible for all regulatory matters, the processing and coordinates with FDA, DOH, and PAMDRAP but not limited to Optical Media Board, NTC, PhilGeps, PNP Crame, BFD, and DENR.
