Job Description:With regulatory functions, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations and standards in the Philippines. Your primary role will involve liaising with regulatory bodies, managing documentation, and providing expertise to ensure adherence to legal requirements and best practices in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and guidelines in the Philippines. Keep abreast of updates and changes in regulatory requirements and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Documentation Management: Maintain, review, and organize regulatory documents including licenses, permits, and product registrations. Prepare and submit necessary applications for new product registrations or modifications to existing registrations.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, facilitating inspections, audits, and responding to inquiries or requests for information. Communicate and coordinate with various internal departments to ensure compliance in all operations.
- Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that products meet regulatory standards. Participate in quality control processes and contribute to the development and maintenance of quality systems.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements. Provide advice and guidance to ensure that company practices are in line with industry regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Valid Pharmacist license in the Philippines.
Proven experience in a regulatory role within the pharmaceutical industry, familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements is a plus.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical laws, guidelines, and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in documentation and regulatory software.
