Description:- Developing and overseeing compliance with state, and federal regulatory agencies. Oversee annual Audits of established regulatory practices and evaluate/improve current compliance policies. Partner with NPI and Supply Chain teams on regulatory requirements for new products and existing products. Partner with third party certifiers on annual audits and renewal of existing certifications to identify hidden risk or non conformity issues.
Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration and/or equivalent work experience- At least 3+ years of related work experience in regulatory compliance in the building materials industry
Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
Certified compliance professional is a plus- Proven track record of meeting deadlines under limited supervision
Extensive attention to detail- Software: MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), database proficiency
Experience using ERP systems
- High-energy, self-starter with excellent communication skills
Strong leadership skills
