THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 20% - Facilitates enrolment procedures of students
20% - Conducts Job Induction Program to trainees
10% - Conducts career awareness to students/trainees
10% - Conducts pre-employment conference
10% - Issues Transcript of Records (TOR) and honorable dismissal
10% - Keeps student's records
10% - Coordinates with the Management Information System (MIS) Focal for students records/reports and
10% - Performs other functions assigned by supervisor.
