Fluor has an excellent opportunity within our Global Talent Acquisition organization for a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead based in our Manilla office to oversee Asia-Pac regions.
The Regional Talent Acquisition Lead will lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners to achieve business and talent acquisition outcomes and objectives in support of the company's strategic initiatives. As a trusted partner, the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead will be critical in translating workforce plans and executing recruitment strategies to deliver the desired business outcomes. In addition to maintaining a small requisition assignment for executive level positions, the role will lead and mentor a team to ensure positive candidate and client experiences in all dealings, ensure systems and processes are adhered to, and foster the relationship between talent acquisition and regional business leadership.
Fluor offers flexible work options and a 9/80 work schedule. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement including both in-office and remote working.

Team Leadership
Regional Talent Acquisition Lead Asia-Pac
Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition Business Partners within the region to ensure day to day operational talent acquisition deliverables that support business outcomes
Train, coach, and mentor team members on best practice recruitment with a focus on pro-active sourcing outcomes
Set high standards and goals for the regional team and be responsible for supporting their achievement
Ensure system and process compliance amongst regional team
Act as change agent/champion; leads by example and encourages team to actively supporting global and regional talent acquisition initiatives.
Collaborate with other regional recruitment leads and global TA leadership on program issues and solutions to continually improve the quality of talent entering the organization
Business Group Engagement
Foster partnerships to assess and anticipate hiring trends and take an active role to partner with key internal stakeholders to continuously develop recruiting strategies and priorities.
Actively encourage internal mobility and alternate labor engagement with their respective client groups in all sourcing discussions
Use data, analytics, and industry insights to support Talent Acquisition conversations and present information in an effective manner
Coach and counsel Hiring Managers on all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process
Talent Acquisition Delivery and Planning
Work as trusted partner with client groups to translate workforce plans into delivered results.
Become a subject matter expert in assigned markets and remain abreast of market and/or competitor intel across assigned region
Support the delivery of global strategies and initiatives to ensure positive candidate and client experience
Ensure the candidate experience is positive irrespective of outcome and promotes Fluor's brand to internal and external facing talent
Built and maintain talent pipelines and pools for key identified positions
Support talent acquisition delivery relative to diversity strategies
Utilize social media sourcing and branding to support talent attraction

Extensive end to end recruitment experience with demonstrable capacity in pro-active sourcing capabilities
Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing Talent Acquisition team members
Job related technical expertise, including proficient knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
Strong candidate management skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity and as a change champion who embraces efficiencies and continuous improvement
Passionate team player wanting to be part of a successful regional function
Ability to work within a complex matrix professional services environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively and influence audiences that include sr. business leaders, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed
Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of cultures and cross-cultural collaboration
Willingness to learn and desire to understand the company's organizational structure, corporate culture, and business objectives
Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word, email, spreadsheets, and creating presentations.
Professional accreditation in Human Resources or related discipline
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
