Support Service Agents, Authorized Product Installer (API) and Authorized Service Center (ASC) with product specification and presentation on NHVAC and HVAC products.- Provides Technical Training to all Installers, Technicians, ASC and Dealers.
Provides on-site technical support for NHVAC & HVAC products.
- Perform Customer Care Agents training on First Call Resolution (FCR).
Manages and oversees business partner's performance.- Handles escalated VOC (Voice of Customers) cases from both Sales and Consumers.
Supports the service readiness of NHVAC products both ASC and parts availability.
- Remind / Assist and Coordinate with Field Support Team to ensure on-time issuance of parts to Business Partners.
Tasked to conduct and make field inspection reports and troubleshooting on new and recurring field defects including VIP customer's aftersales concerns.- Responsible in the defect verifications of dealer's stocks thru the utilization of Business Partners.
Ensures all Service Directives and Bulletins are properly cascaded to all Business Partners in his area of responsibility.
- Assist in Business Partner's technical inquiries and other COMS related issues and concerns.
Tasked to conduct Audit of spare parts availability and returned defective parts from Business Partners and Spare Parts Distributors. Others.
