Job Responsibilities - Supervisions Responsibility
Implements the policies, procedures, and plans related to the function.
- Monitors, measures, analyses, and evaluates the performance of his/her FSAs and ILOs against set targets.
- Manages the performance of FSAs; and TLs and ILOs by setting individual work goals and by regularly monitoring, measuring, and reviewing these goals against actual results.
- Develops the potential of FSAs; and TLs and ILOs through coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, and other development strategies.
- Field Sales Handling Accountable in the aspects of his/her subordinates sales activities, sales solicitations and market penetration for Teachers Salary Loan:

Responsible for building a capable sales team, composed of Field Sales Associates and Independent Loan Officers to support Teachers Salary Loan. This includes the following duties:
- Identification of growth expansion areas
Active participation in the selection, hiring, and on-boarding of sales force team members.
- Team Productivity and Efficiency Responsible in ensuring the productivity and efficiency of the sales force team through:
- Handling of regular evaluation of FSAs and ILOs
Managing of 3-Month Plans of FSAs
- Conduct of area mapping validation
- Field Communication Responsible for implementing and providing feedback mechanism on the following through close coordination with other functional departments and units:
- Company and department policies and guidelines
Sales and marketing programs
- Product guidelines and enhancements
Business Objectives and Implementation Accountable for the implementation, cascade, and achievement of sales targets in his/her assigned area or territory.
Qualifications
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related course;
The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Field Saturation, and handling sales agents;- Willing to do field work and handle Region 8 - Eastern Visayas;
The candidate must be located in Tacloban or Ormoc, Leyte;
- With professional driver's license; and
With strong presentation skills and leadership skills.

Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php22,000.00 per month
