JOB OVERVIEW: _
- Develop a strong relationship with channel partners in his area, Coordinate with demand creation in his area to maximize the use and satisfaction with ABC products and services in his area
Implement and execute campaign plans in his area and achieve agreed sales and collection targets in accordance with the strategies and objectives
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understands needs of key influencers among channel players and develops strong relationships with them- Prepare & deliver sales and consumption targets in line with his area budget
Implement GTM and channel campaigns for his area in line with ABC strategy to maximize sales/growth potential
- Manage customer credit and timely payment of accounts. Involvement in credit risk assessment
Analysis of area to define potential and allocate resources to optimize ABC market share and achieve goals- Regularly coordinate with demand creation team for effective deployment of resources and execution of campaign plans and reach area targets
Provide timely and accurate feedback on market, channel and grower insights.
- Ensure Safety Policy is implemented within the sales area in line with company policy

Information technology skills essential to maintain high quality and speed of communication as well as report and presentation development.
- Achieve nominated business metrics (i.e. Sales targets, Campaign Targets, expense mgt, forecast accuracy)
Quick understanding of Seeds customers drivers.- Able to develop a high level of trust with key market players in his area
Manages own performance to high standards and unfazed by setbacks, resilience and determination
- Proactive in planning to reach and exceed targets, acts with high integrity, openness and transparency
