Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management to aid in resource allocation and planning.
  • Propose salary policies, incentives, and contests tailored for Sales staff, ensuring alignment with the company's budget while being competitive with the market.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Generate reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
Coordinate with other departments to align strategies and resources.
  • Report results and operations directly to the Board of Directors.
  • REQUIREMENTS:
At least 05 years of experience in managing field sales teams.
  • Solid knowledge of the fintech, banking, and insurance industries, especially consumer lending products.
Have the ability to operate and develop a Sales network nationwide.
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
Be able to deliver reports and analyses.
  • Strong communication skills.
Solid planning skills, efficiently operating and managing.
  • Working under high pressure.
