College graduate with a degree in Marketing,Advertising & Business Administration or any business related course- with at least 5 years managerial experience and expertise in distributor management
Possess a unique selling, negotiation and customer service skills for effective and efficient handling of the distributor
- Able to manage and achieve sales goals and targets
Strong communication and presentation skills- Highly motivates and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Must have strong leadership skills, honest, has strong work ethics, analytical, resourceful and results-oriented
