Job Description

_Qualifications:_
  • Candidates must be a gradute of Bachelor's Degree in Business related courses or equivalent
With at least 10-15 years of experiences in sales preferably from food related industries and key accounts management
  • Must be a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Head in an existing or last position handled.
 Willing to do field work
  • Willing to travel nationwide
With valid driver's license

_Job Descriptions:_
  • Manages the sales Team assigned to achieve increased sales volume and efficiency:

  • 1 Planning of sales activities to achieve sales volumes and revenues.

  • 2 Guides and coaching of Salesmen to achieve objectives. 1.3 Conducts regular sales meeting.
  • 2. Manages the customers in the area assigned to achieve increased sales volume:

  • 1 Conducts sales review with the customer

  • 2 Implements local promo activities

  • 3 Monitors sales volume performance of customers
  • 3. Coordinates with other departments for an efficient system:

  • 1 Production and operations on availability of products

  • 2 Logistics on delivery system

  • 3 Credit and Collection on customer payments

  • 4 Marketing on promo activities

  • 5 Sales Services on documentation
  • 4. Recommends improvements or solutions to issues related to sales volume and efficiency:

  • 1 To the ExeCom

  • 2 To the National Sales Manager
