Enable the implementation of the regional sales programs by formulating effective field sales action plans.
- Provide the necessary support to the whole sales team to generate market leads and close sales.
Works closely with the Marketing and Sales Team to ensure the effective execution of local promotion activities.- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans for the assigned market and territory.
Closely monitor and achieve assigned market share, and sales budgets and manage assigned trade promotional and local brand-building funds. (ie: POS, sampling, account-specific activities, trade communication).
- Maintains close liaison with the brand/marketing team to ensure effective execution of the brand proposition.
Achieve 100% performance in assigned distribution target.
- Responsible for monitoring team efforts in opening new accounts.
Ensure the team's healthy receivables/collections.
- Responsible for managing the team's expenditures and receivables with proper coordination with the finance team.
Conceptualize and implement effective team programs and plans in area development with cost-to-sales consideration in his/her territory.
All necessary sales reports.
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or any related course.
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Regional Sales Manager in an FMCG industry.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Can work with minimal supervision.
- People-oriented and result-driven.
Knowledgeable in marketing, sales strategy, and area familiarity.- Excellent leadership skills that can effectively build interpersonal relationships at all levels and departments internal and external entities.
