By providing administrative support to the Regional Manager and sales team, you help them focus on maximizing their selling time while you maintain the accuracy and integrity of sales data. Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (Mon - Fri | 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM), Fixed weekends off
Work setup: Permanent Work-from-Home (WFH)

Your Contribution to the Bigger Picture
  • Assist the sales team in collecting and compiling information required for sales proposals.
  • Input information into third-party medical underwriting software.
  • Prepare sales presentations.
  • Assist with client implementations, orientations, and enrollment meetings when needed.
  • Coordinate regional events for clients and referral partners.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to promote brand awareness and G&A recognition in the market.
  • Support the sales team with content distribution via social media.
  • Maintain prospect files, census data, and sales proposals.
  • Provide basic computer training and support to the sales team.
  • Generate correspondence for the Regional Manager and Sales Representatives.
  • Ensure data in the CRM sales pipeline is updated and accurate.
  • Run and track sales reports for the management team using the CRM system.
  • Schedule sales meetings, make hotel and travel arrangements, and handle related administrative tasks for the Regional Manager.
  • Ensure closed sales packets are complete before submitting them to the corporate office.
  • Maintain close communication with the corporate office and develop relationships with department heads, managers, and key operations staff.
  • Make recommendations for streamlining processes to increase sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure the office is stocked with ample office supplies and marketing materials.

Requirements

Equipped for Success

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience providing administrative support to a team, preferably supporting a sales team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
  • Benefits-related experience preferred but not required.
