Job Summary- Provides adequate and efficient clerical and administrative services to the Regional NTP and performs logistical and scretariat functions for special events and other meetings or conferences organized under the regional NTP.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Provides admins, logistical and secretariat support in the conduct of special events trainings, regional field activities and other meetings/conferences organized under the NTP
- Maintains and orderly filing system for all types of communication and other official documents
Provides assistance to the NTP Medical/Nurse coordinator and other partners in packaging or reproducing necessary documents or report, contracts of consultants and other deliveries under the program- Prepare initial documentation of team meetings
Monitor daily incoming or outgoin calls, visitors, receipts of documents and sent documents.
- Prepare updated periodic reports on the status of inquirires and project development activities.
Request and monitors office supplies needed for the program in coordination with the GF point-person- Facilities transmittal of incoming and outgoing correspondences, documents, tokens, etc.
Prepares, ensures accurateness and completeness of documents and follow up payments or cheques for revolving fund replenishments, cash advances and liquidations.
- Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time by the PBSP Program officer and NTP medical/nurses coordinator.
Bachelor's Degree in any course or field
- At least 1-year experience in administrative task and services
