- Collaborate with FCDO Europe and other accounts to benchmark and adapt best practices.
- Performance Analysis & Improvement 20%
- Conduct in-depth analysis of account performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare progress reports and performance reviews for senior management.
- Lead monthly review sessions on compliments and complaints, including root cause analysis and action planning.
- Develop and maintain the Performance Governance tracker, using it to drive strategic decisions.
- Influence cross-functional teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.
