Job Description

  • Communications 60%
    • Develop and execute strategic communication plans for the FCDO account.
    • Analyse communication effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
    • Design and implement effective communication strategies based on customer feedback and JLL best practices (We Care program).
    • Lead training sessions on advanced communication models and techniques.
    • Influence stakeholders to adopt new communication strategies.
    • Evaluate and report on the impact of communication initiatives on overall account performance.

  • Innovation & Best Practice 20%
    • Develop and implement the FCDO Account Innovation Action Plan.
    • Lead monthly innovations forum to discuss, evaluate, and prioritize new ideas and best practices.
    • Analyse innovation trends and make data-driven recommendations for implementation.
    • Influence senior management to adopt and support innovative initiatives.
    • Collaborate with FCDO Europe and other accounts to benchmark and adapt best practices.

  • Performance Analysis & Improvement 20%
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of account performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare progress reports and performance reviews for senior management.
    • Lead monthly review sessions on compliments and complaints, including root cause analysis and action planning.
    • Develop and maintain the Performance Governance tracker, using it to drive strategic decisions.
    • Influence cross-functional teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to influence at all levels.
  • Proven experience in fostering innovation and leading change management initiatives.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven solutions.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Experience in designing, conducting, and scaling successful pilot projects.
  • In-depth understanding of effective communication models and their strategic application.
  • Ability to manage expectations, build trust, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
