• Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple dealership locations within the region.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all outlets.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate dealership managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture.

Implement corporate policies and initiatives effectively.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in automotive or motorcycle dealership management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
