Regional ManagerThe position has overall responsibility for the development and management of all assigned region. Ensures that the overall plan and goal of the company are properly implemented and maintained.
Must be a graduate of Business, Engineering or Management course.(Post graduate degree, MBA or Masters in any related field, units earned or diploma is a plus.)
- Minimum of 7- 10 years managerial experience in sales operations preferably in Telecommunications.
Establish control, systems and procedures in key business processes in aid of an efficient area operations.
- Designs and develops effective strategy to achieve performance.
Reviews policies and recommends amendments of such to suit to the present market demands and operational needs of the company.- Ensures maximum optimization of company resources in the attainment of goals and objectives.
Identifies weaknesses in systems and operations and recommends changes and improvement thereto.
- Establishes control, systems and procedures in key business processes to ensure smooth flow of operations and to strengthen quality service.
Provides management courses of action or alternative courses of action in aid of business decision.- Takes part in screening applicants for Management positions.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
