Job Responsibilities:- Prepare Financial Reports of projects assigned especially the Cash Flow and Profit Loss Statement.
Project life evaluation and making sure desired profit is obained.- Determine the right pricing of products to maximize profit.
Review monthly Landowner's Report and recommends approval.
- Maintain a data on how much is th Net Present Value of each project assigned.
Manage the budget and financial planning processes for assgined Projects.- Recommends improvements in budget process and accounting.
Prepare financial forecast of new projects that will introduced in the region.
- Work closely to accounting to make sure accurate financial reports.
Review and recommend request for payment files through eRFP.- Work closely with Regional General Manager for all the financial reports/forecasts that the region may need
Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy.- With at least 5+ years of experience in business finance and accounting.
With relevant experience in financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
Proven work experience in financial reporting and analysis.- Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
Can work indepently with minimum supervision and with accountability for the results.
- Advance skill in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
Knowledge in SAP Business One is a plus.
