Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Accounting or any related course.
Preferably with 4 year experienced in Accounting and/or Audit- Must be highly analytical and keen to details
With good communication skills, both oral and written.

- Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures sales offices compliance on daily closing of SOAS, Book of Original Entries, Balance Sheet and Reconciliation Statement, Subsidiaries and Schedules are updated.- Provides regional exception reports, expenses vs. budget, Profit Leaks Control (Inventory Difference, Defalcations, Salesman's Variance, Bad Stocks and Overdue Accounts)
Ensures compliance on optimal cash balance in sales offices. Monitors cash deposits, bank reconciliation and remittance to Head Office. Controls AR aging and collection efficiency. Monitors physical inventory count and reconciliation. Review daily closing and cash treasury and stocks settlement.
- Ensure implementation of system update in so level. Monitor cascade and implementation of internal control, policies and procedures. Recommend improvement in the system.
Training of Finance people. Ensure actual manning versus plantilla.- Attends business reviews. Provide regional financial operations service and project update. (Profit Leaks, PSER, Manning)
