Responsibilities:The role entails assisting in project bidding and managing architectural and engineering projects. It also involves conducting site inspections for all soon-to-open, ongoing, and renovation pawnshop projects within the assigned region. Additionally, the position is responsible for planning and supervising the regular provision of various office services for the designated regions. These services encompass construction, renovation, repair maintenance, sanitation, communication, records management, and more. Furthermore, the role includes assigning and scheduling projects for the Maintenance Staff, which may involve maintenance and repair tasks requested by offices or operating units under the region, while also monitoring the progress of these projects.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Preferably with PRC license
At least one 1 year experience in project management or as Site Engineer
