Key Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of refrigeration systems, including air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, and heat pumps.
Perform diagnostic tests, identify problems, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements of components.- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Collaborate with clients to provide expert advice on system upgrades, replacements, or improvements.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and equipment specifications.
Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a relevant technical or trade school program is preferred.
Proven experience as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician.- Strong knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration systems, components, and controls.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
