Title: Recruitment Team Lead (Volume Hiring)
The
Recruitment Team Lead for Volume Hiring is responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and objectives.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Building quality relationships with internal customers such as the HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and/or Division Heads in understanding the requirements, potential challenges, and appropriate action to be able to deliver the required service from the team.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Mentoring and training team members to enhance their recruitment skills.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Project management for process improvement.
- Data analysis and data reporting.
Position Qualification
- Preferably a graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses.
- At least three to five years of actual work experience relevant to the position/role applied.
- Has good decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using different sourcing channels (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Social Media Platforms etc)
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking System.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication.
- Must be willing to work in a Hybrid work set-up.
- Must be willing to be based in Ortigas, Pasig. (Hybrid Work Setup)
