HR SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals. 2. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 3. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 4. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. 5. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. 6. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. 7. Promote employer branding and improve candidate experience. 8. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. 9. Provide training and mentorship to recruitment team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in recruitment within Paper Industry, Diaper Industry, FMCG non food is acceptable
