Oversee the Recruitment Team
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, job fair, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate applications and resumes to identify potential matches for open positions.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Oversee the initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to enhance the talent acquisition process.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including participating in career fairs, networking events, and promoting the organization's reputation as an employer of choice- Collaborate with the HR team to negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
Ensure that the boarding kit is complete and well-coordinated with the hiring department.
