JOB SUMMARYThis role is in charge of recruiting, choosing, and assigning workers by putting HR staffing policies and procedures into practice. This guarantees that labor needs are met on time by finding the best candidates.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that the authorized recruitment process is followed and that the necessary number of qualified applicants are met within the allotted time frame.
- Suggests appropriate hiring tactics via conventional and unconventional sourcing channels to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Collaborates with managers to determine staffing requirements, job requirements, responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies.- Examines applications and resumes, conducts interviews with candidates for technical and management roles up to the supervisory level, and provides information about the company and the position in exchange for the candidates work history, education, training, and skill set for the position.
Offers applicant compensation information and, after consulting with the HR Manager, determines the current salary offer to candidates based on their experience and the company's budget.
- Oversees, guides, and assesses the performance of direct employees. Makes sure that all hiring processes are completed within the allotted time frame.
Collaborates with the HR Manager to coordinate the hiring strategy and makes sure that information is appropriately shared among the recruitment team.- Collaborates closely with the accounting team to input and upload new hires basic data into the HR system.
Assesses weekly/monthly reports on headcount, hiring trends, and dismissed personnel.
- Creates, updates, and monitors recruitment policies and procedures, making sure that everyone involved in the organization complies.
Regularly benchmarks against best industry practices for pay and benefits packages, commissions, working conditions, and other areas to make sure the business is competitive.- Performs additional related tasks as assigned from time to time by the immediate head.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 2-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Highly creative and well versed in managing different sourcing channels
Has the ability to deliver results with quality and on time- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Willing to report physically at Head Office (Ortigas, Pasig City) every Mondays to Fridays
