Identifies current and prospective staffing requirements through manpower planning and determines appropriate recruitment strategies/approach to address the requirements.- Provides overall direction in ensuring that the all manpower requirements are served on time.
Handles all new hire paper works and file creation.
- Monitors Requests for Manpower, Staff Movement and Resignations. Ensures timely placement of needed employees and provides appropriate reports to concerned units/ individuals for information and or action.
Ensures proper filing and safekeeping of all recruitment files.
Highly proficient in Account Management.- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or its equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in Recruitment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast pace working environment
Excellent organizational skills, good judgment and strong motivation to bring innovation and best practices- Highly effective communications skills both in verbal and written language
Ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed and demonstrated competence in MS Office
- Ability to deal with matters in full confidentiality
