Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
- Establishing contacts to help build the client database
Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates- Respond to general consultancy enquiries
Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews
- General data admin and paperwork
Atleast 1 year work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or its equivalent.- Highly effective communications skills both in verbal and written language.
Ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed and demonstrated competence in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & the use of Internet.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast pace working environment
