Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

  • Monitorandanalyzerecruitmentmetricstoensureeffectivenessandmakedata-drivendecisions.

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

  • Promote employer branding and improve candidate experience.

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

  • Provide training and mentorship to recruitment team members.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least2 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Weekends
