Drives Operational Excellence and ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of his/her direct reports. Supervisor also resolves work performance deviation and help each team members motivated, productive and high performing. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish strong partnership and propel hiring performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute hiring strategies to hit daily targets.
- Present hiring plans in leadership and business review meetings.
- Collaborate with sourcing partners to ensure CPH is within target.
- Drives and ensures 100% fill rate of all the ramps in the PH Hiring Calendar.
- Monitor and audit the compliance rate for his/her respective site.
- Collaborate with Training, Ops and Quality team about EWS (Early Warning Signs) to review the profiles of the candidates.
Qualifications
Education:
- Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects.
- Business Administration Course, B.S.B.A Human Resources, and B.S Psychology Graduate or any equivalent course is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experienced employees specializing in volume recruiting
- Preferably with Recruitment Supervisory Role in volume recruiting.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
- Effective and efficient in creating/writing professional emails and/or other mode of communication
- Ability to navigate video conference applications/platforms as well as calendar invites, etc.
Soft Skills
- Good to excellent communication skills.
- Ability to quality check, proof read, and analyze direct reports and provide solutions to concerns if necessary.
- Ability to effectively communicate and execute plans and strategies involving recruitment.
- Responds quickly to changes in roles, structures, processes and new platforms involving Recruitment and can work under pressure/with minimum supervision.
