Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent- At least three years experience in handling end to end Recruitment and Selection preferably in the same industry with 1 year of experience in a lead role
Hands-on experience with job sites like job portals
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and job portal.
