Position Purpose:
The Recruitment Supervisor will take accountability for the Company's agent hiring which is to include providing strategic direction as well as tactical recruiting for all organizational needs.
This will involve strategizing with Executive Management on Recruiting alignment and future direction, working with hiring managers on the qualification of needs and driving execution of the fulfillment of those needs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring programs achieve business objectives by filling staffing requisitions with qualified candidates on a timely basis.
Monitors the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommends changes and improvements that align with business requirements
Develop and administers an effective ongoing recruitment process
Coordinates with Operations, and other departments to achieve recruitment headcounts and milestones. Works closely with all levels of management to satisfy recruiting needs.
Does continuous research and knowledge acquisition on recruitment tactics and needs on how to attract top talent.
Develops recruitment plans, goals strategies and activities.
Establishes and maintains recruiting network with various schools, training centers and potential organizations that can provide / endorse pool of applicants.
Maintain & make recommendations for recruiting data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
Provides qualitative and quantitative recruitment statistical reports
Develops and produces reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring and evaluating recruitment activity and quality.
Manage adhoc work - lead miscellaneous department projectsRequirements:
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 5 years experience in recruitment & selection practices, procedures, processes, concepts, and principles.
At least 1-2 years of work experience as a recruitment supervisor in BPO recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal communications and influencing skills
Knows the talent market and has wide connections in the industry and other recruiting agencies
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and self-initiative.
Good interviewing skills and ability to ask the right questions
Exposure to and implementation of Recruiting strategies
Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers, and the Recruiting team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to think strategically, and actively participate in discussions with client, management, and staff.
Must be willing to work in QC - SM City Fairview
