Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.- Conduct preliminary interview to applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills
Reviews employment application and job order to match applicants with job requirements
- Administer exams - aptitude, personality, and interest assessment tests to pre-screened applicants
Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications- Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants
Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
Participate on a jobfair and Local Recruitment Activities conducted by PESO and Barangays.
- Qualifications & Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, and other related fields- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the field of HR, especially in end-to-end recruitment and performance management
Good written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office Application
Can work with minimum supervision- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
