Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and practices related to payroll activities.
Fast computer typing skills
(MS Office, in particular).- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.
Familiarity with ATS software
and resume databases.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.
Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
