Must Have:- Graduate of any college degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related degree.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management (preferably Sales/BPO/Real Estate).Must have 2-3 experience in sourcing, recruiting, and pre-screening for both volume and targeted roles in financials, operations, credit, audit, and other non-technical support units
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools or any ATS.
- Must have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Able to prepare simple monitoring reports.- With experience in hiring for sales roles .
Fill in vacancies within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT)
Build and strengthen relationship with stakeholders through open and constant communication and engagement.
