Job Description:
Sourcing, Screening, and Placing Candidates:
Identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.).
Pre-screen CVs for minimum eligibility criteria before proceeding to the interview stage.
Manage a pipeline of candidates and ensure follow-ups on their application status.
Place candidates as per the requirements of the client.Digital Engagement and Network Building:
Personalize engagement messages when reaching out via LinkedIn, Email, or other platforms.
Cultivate a network of potential candidates for future opportunities even if they're not a fit for current roles.Candidate Database Management:
Regularly update candidate profiles with notes on interactions, interviews, and feedback.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations (like GDPR).
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
Accurately categorize and tag CVs to facilitate easy retrieval in the future.
Run periodic checks to ensure data integrity and update outdated information.Multichannel Campaign Management:
Design and segment email campaigns based on candidate profiles and job specifications.
Track campaign performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversion, etc.) and tweak strategies accordingly.Interview Coordination and Facilitation:
Prepare and send interview invites, ensuring candidates have all necessary information (time, platform, etc.).
Compile and share interview feedback among relevant stakeholders.
Manage post-interview communication with both candidates and hiring managers.Job Posting Creation and Distribution:
Tailor job descriptions to be both informative and attractive, adhering to SEO best practices.
Select appropriate platforms for job postings, considering the role and target audience.Employer Branding:
Engage in activities that enhance the company's employer brand online.
Collect and share testimonials and success stories from current employees on social media platforms.
Host or participate in webinars, live sessions, or other events to showcase the company culture and opportunities.Client Relationship Management:
Regularly check in with hiring managers or clients to update on recruitment progress.
Gather feedback from clients on the quality of candidates and refine the search accordingly.
