Sourcing and posting job advertisements through relevant job portals- Accomplish Manpower Request Form (MRF) for every new requisition per department.
Align and calibrate with the hiring managers regarding the qualifications or preferences for the role.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process.
Scheduling interviews with the concerned department- Putting the applicants in the tracker system for monitoring
Preparation of necessary pre-employment documents like job offer letters, employment contracts and HR onboarding documents
- Discussion of job offers and employment contracts to the newly-hired employees
Monitor and ensure full onboarding process for new hires (collection of pre-employment requirements and creation of 201 file)- Introduction of the newly hired employee to all the concerned departments
Orientation of the company policies to the newly hired employees
- Closely coordinate with different institutions for the Internship and employment process in the company.
