We are in search of a Recruitment Specialist to perform all hiring activities from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Craft job descriptions and post job ads on various channels.
Analyzes recruiting agency performance, as well as cost per hire and time to hire.- Suggest changes and enhancements.
Identifies tough job openings and examines the best method to fill them.
- Maintains the paperwork of the recruitment process including preparation of job offer letters.
Coordinates with Hiring Managers to set selection criteria for future hires.- Build relations with candidates through social media.
Perform initial phone screening to shortlisted qualified candidates before endorsing to the Hiring Manager
- Screen CVs from candidates who have applied via job boards
Monitor hiring metrics such as time to fill, time to hire, and source of hire- Manage a candidate database.
Requirements:- Bachelors Degree with at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment in a BPO industry
Knowledge and familiarity in using job portals
- Can hire volume/bulk number of applicants per batch
Can start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
