Job Description:
- Sourcing and phone screening of candidates for open roles;
- Sourcing candidates via social media and other mediums;
- End to end recruitment process: skills calibration, sourcing, interviewing, job offer, onboarding
- Monitors pre-employment completion of new hires and sending reminder emails and SMS
- Implements the organization's hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing
resumes, interviewing applicants, administering pre-employment tests and performing
reference checks.
- Informs job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions,
promotion opportunities, etc.
- Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares recruitment reports, recommends
changes to improve the recruitment process
- Preferably with BPO experience
