Graduate of any college degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management, preferably in Sales, BPO, or Real Estate.
2-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and pre-screening for both volume and targeted roles in financials, operations, credit, audit, and other non-technical support units.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools or any ATS.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to prepare simple monitoring reports.
Experience in hiring for sales roles.
