JOB SUMMARY Recruitment Specialists are responsible for the planning, co-ordination and execution of the recruitment and selection process. S/he will work closely and effectively with the Project and Program Managers to define recruitment requirements and agree on recruitment plans and strategies including sourcing positions up to Executive Management.
- SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in Company's Recruitment drive by retrieving, contacting and screening qualified applicants and provide general administrative support to the HR department in recruitment.
- Conduct follow-up calls for applicants as well as scheduling for interviews and exams.
Handles the employee recruitment process by providing support and advice to staff selection and ensuring the timely placement of candidates.
- Identify sources for qualified candidates.
Report weekly or as required to recruitment or Department Head for progress update and further instructions.- Will do posting and sourcing and conduct initial interview.
Coordinates with all internal unit Head for their manpower requirements.
- Maintains relationships with head-hunters and external selection providers if necessary.
Documents the job descriptions and position requirements before processing Screens, interview and give offers to the candidates for the vacant posts.- Coordinates with Department Managers with the offer sheet and compensation structure.
Provides industry studies on compensation/ benefits/ recruitment services
- Conceptualizes strategies on hiring and retaining employees.
Carries out instructions and directives of the Manager as may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field- At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a Medical Industry, preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills- Comfortable making decisions independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
