Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for providing support in the manpower deployment in all project sites on time and on target and ensuring quality direct project hires and skilled workers.
Minimum Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business or other related fields
Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employer brand- Experience in handling construction manpower specifically skilled workers is an advantage
Knowledgeable in MS Office Application
- Can work with less supervision
* Willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon
