Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced International Recruiter specializing in the education sector to join our team. If you are passionate about connecting top talent with exceptional job opportunities, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

  • Role Overview:

The International Recruiter is responsible for recruiting top educators for both permanent and contract positions, specifically for our Australian clients. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, evaluating, and connecting qualified candidates with exceptional job opportunities. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients to ensure their staffing needs are met with the highest standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Profiles candidates from job ads into the client's database for job matching.
  • Coordinates with Consultants regarding scheduled inductions.
Updates clients on confirmed candidates and those who did not attend induction.
  • Reaches out to candidates who are unable to attend their scheduled inductions and reschedules them as soon as possible.
Ensures that the database is always up to date.
  • Completes candidates profiles in preparation for the consultant's induction.
Completes tasks and email requirements in a timely manner.
  • Screens candidates to check their suitability for job orders.
Manages virtual reception duties for offices as required.
  • Liaises with Branch Consultants in a professional and timely manner.
Seeks out and Facebook hunts for potential candidates who match job orders.
  • Contributes to the team's efforts by completing all other tasks as requested or required.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Must have at least 2 years of International Recruitment experience handling Educators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
Proficiency in using relevant recruitment software and systems.
Can start immediately.
  • Work Schedule:

This role offers day shifts and may require occasional after-hours availability to accommodate client needs.

Our office is conveniently located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. We welcome applicants from Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Quezon City, and nearby areas.
