We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for interviewing and selecting top talent, while also contributing to various HR processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This is a full-time contractual seasonal position from December to May, with the potential to move to a permanent role full-time depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, conducting back to back interviews, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Experience with Workable and Rippling is a plus
- Proficiency in G-suite applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
