Job Overview:
The ideal Sourcing Specialist candidate should have a strong background in sourcing candidates, creating compelling job advertisements, and managing administrative tasks related to recruitment. This role focuses on finding and engaging candidates primarily through written communication, utilizing different sourcing methods and platforms to draw in and engage with prospective candidates, with no initial face-to-face interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertise job openings through JobAdder and other platforms.
Utilize email and SMS to reach targeted talent pools.
Monitor Seek for candidate movements, update JobAdder with new candidates, and proactively offer job opportunities.
Book phone screens and coordinate initial interviews using Calendly.
Conduct market mapping of competitors in alignment with job briefs.
Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and engage with passive candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in JobAdder.
Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as Sourcing Specialist or any related role using JobAdder.
Knowledge of the property/real estate industry is highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., JobAdder, Burst SMS, Calendly, Referoo, HelloSign, Klaviyo, PhantomBuster, ATS platforms).
Ability to find, identify, and effectively reach out to the right candidates using LinkedIn and Seek Talent Pool.
Experience with bulk SMS and email campaigns, market mapping, and creating effective marketing emails or communications.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate candidate records.
Experience in recruiting for roles such as Assistant/Residential Property Managers, Assistant/Commercial Property Managers, Business Development in residential real estate, Trust Accountants, Project Sales Representatives, Land Sales Representatives, Personal Assistants, Sales Administrators, and Marketing Professionals in the real estate industry is highly advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Must be willing to report onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
