We are urgently in need of Recruitment Specialist
Qualifications:
-Willing to be assigned in Taong, Marikina
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate suitability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring is an asset
