Job Description

Position Overview:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we hire qualified individuals who contribute to the company's success and culture.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, including scheduling with hiring managers, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
