Qualifications: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Recruitment- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Excellent communication skills- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing hiring program.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Arranges management and client interviews by coordinating schedules.- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
Administer needed screening process with candidates, ie testing, interviews, etc.
- Assist in maintaining applicant tracker and other database
Collaborate ideas in branding initiatives to promote Intogreat brand
